BuiltByM ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you contact us through this site, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you give us:

Your name
Email address
Business name
Cell phone (optional)
Which services you're interested in
Any additional message you send

We do not use cookies to track you across other sites. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to reply to you about building your website. Specifically:

We read your message and respond by email or phone within 24 hours.
If you become a client, we keep the information to manage your project and account.
If you don't become a client, we delete your information within 90 days of last contact.

We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

Where it lives

Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms to our business email (builtbymmm@gmail.com) and to a private internal Discord channel for notification. Web3Forms processes the form data temporarily; we do not retain it on Web3Forms after delivery.

Our hosting is provided by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and infrastructure purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Spam protection

We use hCaptcha (via Web3Forms) to verify that form submissions are from real humans. hCaptcha may collect your IP address and browser fingerprint for verification. See hCaptcha's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

See what information we have about you
Correct any inaccurate information
Delete your information from our records

Email builtbymmm@gmail.com with any of these requests and we'll respond within 7 days.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced via email to active clients.
